My sister and I had our very first massages at Cloud 9 today, and I wanted to say thank you! We were more than pleased with our experience. My sister enjoyed Kathleen's massage very much, and Claudia is both a sweet girl and a wonderful masseuse! Your staff is exceedingly polite and friendly, and the building itself is inviting and relaxing. We will definitely pass our experience on to our friends and will be back for future visits!

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had yesterday at your spa, Relax On Cloud 9. Your front desk help, Gale, helped me book my appointment and was very patient with me over the phone. From the moment I walked in, the energy that is in your spa was incredibly positive and refreshing. Gale greeted me and showed me to the sitting room. She was polite, helpful and her voice is very calming. After that, I was introduced to my massage therapist, Kathleen. From there on, I was with her the entire time and honestly, felt like I was a moviestar for the day. I started with a treatment in the sauna. Your sauna is impeccably clean and soothing. I have been in many saunas before, and none compare to yours. Kathleen walked me through the rest of my experience. She was simply delightful, incredibly accommodating, and an amazing massage therapist. I followed with the Float Away package and a detoxifying seaweed enzyme exfoliating wrap. All which were top of the line treatments in an exceptionally clean, relaxing environment.
To sum up my experience, I felt that I was on cloud 9. You really are what your name says you are. I’ve been to many other spas in the Staten Island area before, and NONE compare to yours. The help and services that you provide are like no other. Unlike other places I've been before, where the therapists just looked at me as their paycheck; Kathleen is so passionate, she made me the center of attention. My body feels better than it has all year. With so many of these so-called “spas” popping up everywhere, you have to stand out. Relax On Cloud 9 definitely does. Your help and your clean and cozy spa should be commended for such wonderful work/accomodations that you offer. I’ve been to places before in Staten Island that the help and the environment had such a negative energy. I felt I needed a massage after I left their massage. They are not like your spa, and I just wanted you to know how happy I am. I will recommend you to everyone I speak to. I feel totally renewed! Never change your spa!

thank you, I wanted too tell you i been coming to relax on cloud nine for over ten years. I go to Lynn for my massages. She is great. i been going to her for ten years. I go to maria for facials and she is also great . I also go to claudi for reflexology and scalp massage . she is also very good. All the people i mentioned are always very professional and very knowlegdeable at their job. Also the receptionists at the desk are very warm and freindly. I just wanted to let you know that these people are all very professional and knowledable and create a very welcome atmosphere. I feel great whenever i come to relax on cloudnine. I tell many of my freinds and family how good you guys are.
